According to ancient Vedic Indian literature, Lopamudra was a philosopher. She was also known as Kaushitaki. She was the wife of sage Augustya. She was one of the prominent Brahmavadini. She was the well known Rishiki who visualized the "Hadi Panchadasi" mantra of the Srikul Sakta tradition of Hinduism. There are three versions of Lopamudra, which are following-
