Soap solution is hypertonic solution as compared to the solution present in the cells of our fingers.

Hence, when our hands are constantly kept in the soap solution, it causes exosmosis and hence water leaves the cells of our fingers and hence the skin of our fingers shrinks while cleaning cloth.
