Solution: P\left ( x< 2 \right )=P\left ( 0 \right )+P\left ( 1 \right )

P(x<2)=3 c^{3}+4 c-10 c^{2}

P(x<2)=3\left(\frac{1}{3}\right)^{3}+4\left(\frac{1}{3}\right)-10\left(\frac{1}{3}\right)^{2}

P(x<2)=\frac{3}{27}+\frac{4}{3}-\frac{10}{9}

P(x<2)=\frac{1}{9}+\frac{4}{3}-\frac{10}{9}

P(x<2)=\frac{3}{9}

\therefore P(x<2)=\frac{1}{3}
