10th January, Afternoon Session

National Test Agency successfully conducted JEE Mains Paper 1 in two slots, the afternoon session was held on 10th Jan 2019 from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. The paper was divided into 3 sections Physics, Chemistry and, Mathematics. The number of Questions in each section was 30 and total marks were 360. In afternoon paper physics and mathematics was moderate to difficult and as usual chemistry was easy but tricky as compare to other sessions papers. The overall paper was in between easy to moderate as compared to 9th Jan paper.

## Physics Question Paper Complete  Analysis

Physics Question Paper of the afternoon session was moderate. This section covered all topics, they were mostly calculation based Questions. Most of the questions were asked from class 12th syllabus, 16 numbers of questions from class 12th syllabus and 14 Questions were from the class 11th syllabus. From the modern physics question on Zener Diode is asked the first time in this phase.  The physics section was time-consuming as the calculation in the physics section was lengthy.

## Chemistry  Question Paper Complete  Analysis

The overall analysis of the Chemistry Question Paper for the afternoon session was easy. All the questions were from the syllabus and theoretical. most of the Questions were from organic chemistry and some practical based questions were also available. In chemistry section 14 Questions were from class 11th and 16 Questions were from class 12th.
