According to Boyle’s law, we have:
P_1V_1=P_2V_2
Now, if P_1 = 1 bar, V_1 = 2.27L
And, if P_2 = 0.2 bar, then:

\\\mathrm{V_{2}\, =\, \frac{P_{1}V_{1}}{P_{2}}}\\\\=\frac{1\, \times\, 2.27}{0.2} = 11.35L

Thus, if the balloon bursts at 0.2 bar pressure, the volume of the balloon must be less than 11.35L.
