\theta _{n}=\omega _{i}+\frac{\alpha }{2}\left ( 2n-1 \right )

As

Here

\omega _{i}=0

\alpha =0.2\; rad/s^{2}

n=4

So, \theta _{n}=0+\frac{0.2}{2}(2\ast 4-1)=0.7\; rad
