\mathrm{C}: 2 \mathrm{H}^{+}+2 e^{-} \rightarrow \mathrm{H}_{2} \\

\mathrm{~A}: \mathrm{H}_{2} \mathrm{O} \rightarrow \frac{1}{2} \mathrm{O}_{2}+2 \mathrm{H}^{+}+2 e^{-}

\therefore For every 2 mole of  \mathrm{e^{-}}, 1 mole of  \mathrm{H_{2}} and 0.5 mole of  \mathrm{O_{2}} are liberated.

\therefore 1 mole \mathrm{e^{-}} liberates 0.75 mole of gases

Now,

Charge passed =0.1 \times 2 \times 60 \times 60 \\

                      =720 \mathrm{~C}

\mathrm{\therefore \text { moles of electron }=\frac{720}{96500}=7.46 \times 10^{-3}}

\mathrm{ \therefore \text { volume of gases } =22.7 \times 0.75 \times 7.46 \times 10^{-3} }\\

                                       \mathrm{=0.127 \text { L}}

                                       \mathrm{=127cm^{3} }

Hence answer is 127
