A direct current is passing through a wire. it is bent to form a coil of one turn. Now it is further bent to form a coil of two turns but at smaller radius. The ratio of the magnetic induction at the centres of the coil and at the centre of the coil of two turn is

B_1=\frac{\mu_0 i}{2 R} \\

\left(\because 2 \pi R=2 \pi R^{\prime} \times 2\right) \\

\Rightarrow R^{\prime}=\frac{R}{2}
B_2=\frac{\mu_0 \times i \times 2}{2 R_1}=\frac{\mu_0 2 i}{\frac{2 \times R}{2}}=\frac{4 \mu_0 i}{2 R} \\

                                                      =4 B_1 \\
\therefore B_2=4 B_1 \\

\frac{B_2}{B_1}=\frac{4}{1}
