A force F is applied on the lower back of mass (m+M). The coefficent of friction between the contact surface is H. The acceleration of block of mass m will be:

Option: 1

\frac{F-\mu Mg}{M + 2m}

Option: 2

\frac{F-\mu mg}{M + 2m}

Option: 3

\frac{F-\mu Mg}{M + m}

Option: 4

\frac{F-\mu mg}{M + m}

Bt string constraint, both the blocks will have same acceleration.

(F+f_1)-(T+f)=(M+m)a                    ............(1)

T+f_1=ma                                            ......................(2)

N =N_1+(M+m)g                .............(3)

N_1=mg                         ..................(4)

Adding equation (1) and (2)

F+2f_1-f=(M+2m)a

F+2\mu mg - \mu(M+2m)g=(M+2m)c

a= \frac{F-\mu Mg}{(M+2m)}
