As we learned

Loss of time in a time period -

\Delta T=\frac{1}{2}\;\alpha\; \Delta\; \theta\; T

Where T represents the total number of second in a day

and T = 86,400 sec

So using

\frac{\Delta T}{T}=\frac{1}{2}\alpha \Delta \Theta

or  \Delta T=\frac{1}{2}\times 18\times 10^{-6}\times 20\times 86400

=18\times \0. 864 =  15\cdot 552 sec
