Since, there is no reaction with both dilute as well as concentrated \mathrm{H_2SO_4}.

The salt must contain \mathrm{SO}_{4}^{2-}group which is also present in the acid so reaction does not takes place.

All other mentioned anions will react with either dilute or concentrated \mathrm{H_2SO_4}.

Hence, the correct answer is Option (4)
