The alkene that gives 2 moles of acetaldehyde upon ozonolysis of 1 mole is But-2-ene.

\mathrm{\\CH_3CH=O\ +\ O=CH-CH_3\xrightarrow[Structure\ elucidation]{Replace\ =O\ by\ =C}CH_3-CH=CH-CH_3}

Above alkene can be obtained by dehydration of butan-2-ol.

\mathrm{CH_3-CH_2-CH(OH)-CH_3\overset{H^+}{\longrightarrow}CH_3CH= CH-CH_3+H_2O}

Therefore, Option(4) is correct.
