Magnetic field at a point x on  its axis

B_{x}=\frac{B_{o} R^{3}}{\left(R^{2}+x^{2}\right)^{3 / 2}}

where,  Bo? is the magnetic field at the centre

So ratio  -

\frac{B_{x}}{B_{o}}=\frac{R^{3}}{\left(R^{2}+x^{2}\right)^{3 / 2}}

\frac{B_{x}}{B_{o}}=\frac{R^{3}}{\left(R^{2}+(2 \sqrt{2} R)^{2}\right)^{3 / 2}}=\frac{1}{(9)^{3 / 2}}=\frac{1}{27}

\frac{B_{o}}{B_{x}}= 27
