\begin{aligned} &\frac{\mathrm{dI}}{\mathrm{dt}}=-1 \mathrm{~A} / \mathrm{sec}\\ &V_A-I R-L \frac{d \mathrm{I}}{\mathrm{dt}}-12=V_{\mathrm{B}}\\ &V_A-2(12)+6(1)-12=V_B\\ &V_A-V_B=24+12-6=24+6=30 \end{aligned}
