As we learnt in 

Efficiency of a carnot cycle -

\eta =\frac{W}{Q_{1}-Q_{2}}=1-\frac{T_{2}}{T_{1}}

T_{1}\, and\, T_{2}  are in kelvin
 

- wherein

T_{1}= Source temperature

T_{2}= Sink Temperature

\left ( T_{1} > T_{2}\right )

 

  For Carnot Cycle

Efficiency \eta =1-\frac{T2}{T2}

Efficiency will be 100% only if T2  = O K

But this not possible.
