 \mathrm{ n=\frac{4!}{\left ( 4-1 \right )!}+\frac{5!}{\left (5-1 \right )!}}

\mathrm{ n=\frac{4!}{3!}+\frac{5!}{4!} }

\mathrm{ n=9}

Therefore, the number of ways chosen between four batsmen and five bowlers is 9 ways.
