For ideal diode , resistance of the diode is zero
v_{t}= v_{i}+3= 10\sin \omega t-3
\rightarrow when\, v_{t}= 10\sin \omega t-3> 0 then diode is forward biased
\rightarrow when\, v_{t}= 10\sin \omega t-3< 0 the diode is reversed biased
\left ( 10\sin \omega t \right )_{min}= 3 for forward biased i.e will conduct current
The correct option is (1) .
