 Common chord must be diameter of circle \mathrm{ S_1=0}

Also length of tangent =\mathrm{ \sqrt{S_1}=\sqrt{3^2+4^2-16}=3=\sqrt{S_2}} ( for common chord \mathrm{ \sqrt{S_1}=\sqrt{S_2}} )
