Reaction for concentrated \mathrm{HNO_{3}} with Iodine -

\mathrm{I_{2}+10\, HNO_{3}(conc.)\longrightarrow 2\, HIO_{3}+10\, NO_{2}+4\, H_{2}O}

Hence product obtained are \mathrm{HIO_{3},NO_{2}\, and\, H_{2}O}

Option (C) is correct.
