Dynamic Resistance -

R_{d}= \frac{dv}{di}

- wherein

Since slope of potential vs current graph is non uniform hence resistance keep changing .

 

 In forward Biased case both depletion region and barrier height decreases and hence current increases. 

Correct option is 3.
