v_{p} = \left ( \frac{d_{y}}{d_{t}} \right ) \Rightarrow v_{p} = \left | 5 X \frac{1}{0.04} cos \left ( \frac{t}{0.04} - \frac{x}{4} \right ) \right |

\left | \frac{d_{y}}{d_{t}} \right |_{max} = \frac{5}{0.04} = 125 m/s
