For example:
                         \mathrm{A\rightarrow B}
at time t=0,   100 mole
at time t=t,      0           100 mole

We know,
\mathrm{Degree \: of \: dissociation =\frac{Total\: number\: of \: moles\: of \: dissociation}{Total \: number\: of \: moles \: added} }
\mathrm{Degree\: of \: dissociation = \frac{100}{100}}=1.
