Given,

Equimolar mixture of \mathrm{NaOH} and \mathrm{Na}_{2} \mathrm{CO}_{3}  weighs 4g.

Let, the number of moles of each base be a.

\begin{gathered} \therefore \quad a(40)+a(106)=4 . \\ \Rightarrow \quad 146 a=4 \\ \Rightarrow \quad a=\frac{4}{146} \end{gathered}

\begin{aligned} \therefore \text { weight of NaOH }=40 a &=\frac{40 \times 4}{146} \\ &=\frac{160}{146} \\ &=1.1 \mathrm{~g} \end{aligned}

Hence, the correct answer is (1)
