\mathrm{\text { Varation }=V_{\max }-V_{\min }=8 \mathrm{~V} }

\mathrm{\quad V_{\max }=9 \mathrm{~V} }

\mathrm{\therefore V_{\min }=1 \mathrm{~V} }

\mathrm{\mu =\frac{V_{\max }-V_{\min }}{V_{\max }+V_{\min }}=\frac{8}{10}=0.8}

Hence 1 is correct option
