According to question,

{\mathrm{HCl}+\mathrm{NaOH} \longrightarrow \mathrm{NaCl}+\mathrm{H}_{2} \mathrm{O}}

Meq. before the reaction

0.1                    2                         -            -

Meq. after the reaction

0                     1.9                       0.1         0.1

\left[\mathrm{OH}^{-}\right]=\frac{1.9}{300}=6.3 \times 10^{-3}

\mathrm{pOH = -\log[OH^{-}] = -\log(6.3\times 10^{-3}) = 2.2}

pH = 14-2.2 = 11.8
