For any rectifications in JEE Main hall ticket candidates must immediately contact JEE (Main) Secretariat through email or helpline numbers. JEE Main admit card discrepancies can be corrected officially by contacting the following email address and phone numbers.

Help desk will be functional on all working days from 9 am to 5:30 pm for general facilitation.

JEE Main 2018 Computer Based Exam Helpline Numbers: 18002669778 (The queries related to Computer Based examination (CBT) only will be attended from March 1 onwards).

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will release JEE Main admit card 2018 in the second week of March. All candidates who have submitted the online application and paid the examination fee within the prescribed dates will be allowed to appear in JEE Main. The admit card of JEE Main 2018 will be available online only and to download it candidates have to log in with their application number and date of birth.

CBSE will not dispatch any hard copy of JEE Main admit card to the students. During the examination, the invigilator will check admit card of JEE Main to verify identity of candidates. Candidates must produce the admit card for admission in the examination hall. Aspirants who do not possess the admit card issued by the board shall not be permitted for the examination under any circumstances by the Centre Superintendent.

Apart from the admit card, candidates are not allowed to carry any other textual items or gadgets to the exam centre such as calculators, Docu Pen, Slide Rules, Log Tables, Electronic Watches with facilities of calculator, printed or written material, bits of papers, mobile phone, pager or any other device. However, PwD candidates have to carry a copy of their disability certificate in the prescribed format. Candidates appearing for the offline mode of exam can carry a cardboard/clipboard to the exam hall. Candidates must ensure that nothing is written on it.

CBSE is set to conduct JEE Main 2018 on April 8, 15 and 16. The national level entrance test is scheduled to held in 258 exam cities across India and abroad. The test will be of 3 hours duration. Questions will be from Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics and all questions will have equal weightage.
