v_{2}=\frac{3}{4}v_{1} \Rightarrow \frac{A_{r}}{A_{i}}= \frac{v_{2}-v_{1}}{v_{2}+v_{1}}

\Rightarrow \frac{\frac{3}{4}-1}{\frac{3}{4}+1}= \frac{1}{7}

Amplitude of reflected wave -

A_{r}= \frac{\left ( V_{2}-V_{1} \right )A_{i}}{\left ( V_{2}+V_{1} \right )}

A_{r}= amplitude of reflected wave

- wherein

V_{1}\; and \; V_{2} are velocity of wave in incident and transmitted wave.

A_{i}= amplitude of incident  wave.
