 X=\bar{A}+\bar{B}

Y=\bar{X}= \overline {\Bar{A}+ \Bar {B}} = \bar{\bar{A}}-\bar{\bar{B}} (using D'morgan\: law)

Y=A . B

This represent AND gate.
