The structure of pyridine is

You know we decide the hybridisation by steric number X.
X = no.of  \sigma (sigma) bond around nitrogen + lone pair on central atom
X = 2 + 1 = 3
Since, steric number is 3. Therefore, hybridisation is sp^{2} and geometry is triangular planar.
Hence, option number (2) is correct.
