We have

     5H_{2}O_{2} + 2MnO_{4} + 6H^{+} \rightarrow 5O_{2}+2Mn^{2+} +8H_{2}O                  -1            +7                                    0                +2

Clearly, Mn goes from +7 oxidation state to +2, getting reduced and O in H2O2 goes from -1 oxidation state to 0, thereby acting as a reducing agent.

Therefore, option(1) is correct.
