As we learnt in

This method of solving a LPP graphically is based on the principle of extreme points theorem.

 x_{1}+x_{2}\leq 500y

at \ \ y =0 \ \ \ x_{1}+x_{2}\leq 0

at \ \ y =-1 \ \ \ x_{1}+x_{2}\leq -500

Since \ x_{1}\ \: \: \&\ \: \: x_{2}\geqslant 0

So only  x_{1}=0\ \: \: \&\ \: \: x_{2}=0 satisfies.
