Fundamental frequency of closed pipe is \frac{v}{4l} and for open pipe \frac{v}{2l}

 

The frequency in closed organ pipe -

\nu = \left ( 2n+1 \right )\frac{V}{4l}

n= 0,1,2,3...............

V= velocity of sound wave

l= length of pipe

n= number of overtones
