V_{rms},_{H_{2}}=V_{rms},_{O_{2}} at 47°c

\sqrt{\frac{T}{M_{H_{2}}}}=\sqrt{\frac{320}{M{O_{2}}}}

\Rightarrow\frac{T}{2}=\frac{320}{32}

or T = 20 K
