From given condition , $\left |z \right |=5$

$\therefore -5\leq Re\left ( z \right )\leq 5$

$\therefore$ MAXIMUM $Re\left ( z \right )$ can be 5 so it can't exceed 5.

$\therefore$ Option (D)

Property of Modulus of z(Complex Number) -

$-\left | z \right |\leq Re(z)\leq \left | z \right |$

- wherein

Re(z) = Real Part of z

|z|= Modulus of z
