Circle touching x-axis and having radius r -

x^{2}+y^{2}\pm 2rx+2fy+f^{2}= 0

- wherein

Where f is a variable parameter.

Equation of circle is  \left ( x-3 \right )^{2}+\left ( y-k \right )^{2}=k^{2}

Circle passes through (1,-2)

2^{2}+k^{2}+4+4k=k^{2}

k= -2

\left ( x-3 \right )^{2}+\left ( y+2 \right )^{2}=4

It passes through (5,-2)
