1 mole = No. of atoms in 12.0000 g of C12=6.022×1023
Mass of 1 mole of a substance = Actual mass of 1 atom (or molecule) of the substanc × 6.022×1023
As mass of 1 mole of substance does not depend upon the atomic mass unit scale, the mass of one mole of substance will not change.
