As we have learnt,

Reaction of Vicinal dihalides with Zinc causes dehalogenation and leads to the formation of a \pi bond and forms an Alkene

Similarly, 1,1,2,2 tetrahalogen derivatives react with Zinc to produce Alkynes.

So, the product obtained in the given reaction is Ethyne.

\mathrm{CHCl_2-CHCl_2+2Zn\overset{Alcohol}{\longrightarrow}CH\equiv CH+2ZnCl_2}

Therefore, option (3) is correct.
