\mathrm{r =1+\frac{2}{f}=\frac{4}{3} }

\mathrm{ V_{\text {sound }}=\sqrt{\frac{\gamma R T}{m}}=\sqrt{\frac{4 R T}{3 M}} }

From equation (i) & (ii) -

\mathrm{ V_{\text {sound }}=\frac{2}{3} c }

Hence option 3 is correct.
