Given -

\mathrm{X+Y+3 Z \leftrightarrows X_{Y} Z_{3} }
1 mole i mol 0.05 mol

From the given Reaction -

3 moles of \mathrm{Z } yields 1 mole of \mathrm{XYZ_{3} }.
 \mathrm{\text{1 Mole of }Z\: \: yields\rightarrow \frac{1}{3}\: mole\: of\: XYZ_{3}}
\mathrm{\text{0.05 Mole of }Z\: \: yields\rightarrow \frac{0.05}{3}\: mole\: of\: XYZ_{3}}.

\mathrm{\therefore \text{mass of\, } XYZ_{3}\: \: formal= \frac{0.05}{3}[10+20+30\times 3]}
                                                      \mathrm{= 2g}
