From the given option -

(Rb and Cs) have nearly same electron gain enthalpy which is nearly \mathrm{-46\, KJ/mol}.

Whereas (Ar and Kr) have nearly same electron gain  enthalpy of \mathrm{+96\, KJ/mol} .

Hence option (C) is correct.
