I_{coM}= \frac{M}{12}\left ( L^{2}+L^{2} \right )= \frac{ML^{2}}{6}
I_{0}= I_{COM}+Md^{2}
     = \frac{ML^{2}}{6}+M\left ( \frac{L}{\sqrt{2}} \right )^{2}= \frac{ML^{2}}{6}+ \frac{ML^{2}}{2}
I_{0}= \frac{4ML^{2}}{6}= \frac{2}{3}ML^{2}
The correct option is (2)
