We know that, K_{w}=[H]^{+}.[OH]^{-}

\Rightarrow 10^{-14}=[H]^{+}\times 5\times 10^{-2}

\Rightarrow [H]^{+} = 2\times 10^{-13}

pH=-\log [H]^{+} = -\log(2\times 10^{-13})

pH= 13-\log2 = 13-0.3 = 12.7

Hence, the option number (4) is correct.
