velocity = \frac{dx}{dt} = 2at- 3bt2

Displacement of the particle when velocity = 0 

0 =  2at- 3bt

t = \frac{2a}{3b}      ( substitute the value of t is eq. 1)  

x when velocity = 0 would be, 

x = \frac{4a^3}{27b^2}
