As we learnt in

γ decay -

\gamma ray emitted when nucleus undergoes radio active decay left it in excited state

- wherein

After emission of \alpha ,\beta  particle the product nucleus formed in excited state

\gamma -rays  emission takes place due to deexcitation of the nucleus. Therefore during \gamma -rays emission, there is no change in the proton and neutron number.

Correct option is 3.
