Dynamic Resistance -

R_{d}= \frac{dv}{di}

- wherein

Since slope of potential vs current graph is non uniform hence resistance keep changing .

 

 Forward Resistance 

R_{F}=\frac{\Delta V}{\Delta i}=\frac{0.1}{10\times 10^{-3}}\Omega

Reverse bias Resistance =\frac{\Delta V}{\Delta i}=\frac{10}{10^{-6}}=10^{7}\Omega

Ratio of forward to reverse bias resistance =\frac{10}{10^{7}}=10^{-6}

Correct option is 2.
