SYMMETRIC RELATION -

A relation R in A is said to be symmetric, if a R b ⇒ b R a,∀ a,b ∈ A

 R = {(1, 3), (4, 2), (2, 4), (2, 3), (3, 1)}

A = {1, 2, 3, 4}

(2, 3)\epsilon R but (3, 2)\epsilon R so it is not symmetric. 

Correct option is 1.
