As we learnt in

Coordination Sphere -

The central atom/ion and the ligands attached to metal are enclosed in square bracket and this collectively termed as coordination sphere

- wherein

eg:

K_{4}\left [ Fe\left ( CN \right )_{6} \right ]

 K^{+} \rightarrow Counter ion

\left [ Fe\left ( CN \right )_{6} \right ]^{4-} \rightarrow  Coordination sphere

All the entities in the coordination sphere will not break down further.

Therefore, Vant's Hoff factor will be 1+ entities outside the coordination sphere (ions)

Vant's Hoff factor = 4 in case of \left [ Co\left ( NH_{3} \right )_{6} \right ]Cl_{3}

Therefore, Maximum conductance will be by \left [ Co\left ( NH_{3} \right )_{6} \right ]Cl_{3}

Option 1)

\left [ Co (NH_{3}) _{3} Cl _{3}\right ]

This option is incorrect

Option 2)
