As we have learnt,

 

Constant Number-Pi -

Ratio of circumference to the diameter of a circle

- wherein

\pi = \frac{circumference}{diameter}

    = approx. \frac{22}{7}

 

 since, \pi = \frac{circumference}{diameter}

thus \alpha = \frac{\frac{8\pi}{3}}{\pi} = \frac{8}{3}; thus r= \frac{4}{3}
