As we learnt in

Effect of temperature on speed of sound -

\because \frac{P}{\rho }= \frac{RT}{M}

\therefore V= \sqrt{\frac{\gamma RT}{M}}

 

- wherein

V \alpha \sqrt{T}

T is in Kelvin

So velocity increses with increase in temperature.

or \: 20\; dB\: = 10\log \left ( \frac{I_{1}}{I_{2}} \right )

or\: 10^{2}= \frac{I_{1}}{I_{2}} or\: \: I_{2}= \frac{I_{1}}{100}
