As we learnt in

Paraller Axis Theorem -

I_{b\: b'}=I_{a\: a'}+mR^{2}

- wherein

b\: b' is axis parallel to a\: a' & a\: a' an axis passing through centre of mass.

I'=I_{o}+MR^{2}

=\frac{1}{2}MR^{2}+MR^{2}=\frac{3}{2}MR^{2}

Option 1)

\frac{2}{5}MR^{2}

This option is incorrect.

Option 2)

\frac{3}{5}MR^{2}

This option is incorrect.

Option 3)

\frac{3}{2}MR^{2}

This option is correct.

Option 4)

\frac{5}{2}MR^{2}

This option is incorrect.
